We are thrilled to announce that our 2025 gala, this year themed ILLUMINATION: Lighting a Path to Belonging, is returning to the breathtaking Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad on Saturday, April 12, 2025.

An Evening with Purpose

ILLUMINATION aims to raise critical funds to enhance health services and programs that support our community’s youth and young adults. Your generous support will allow us to expand our care in and out of the exam room, sustaining critical community efforts that address key social determinants of health. We are dedicated to supporting the most vulnerable areas of our region by breaking down barriers to access.  Join us for an inspiring evening as we honor trailblazers making a lasting impact on youth development.
